Judge Flynn please check the divorce decree "Mental and physical health" I was told that your statement is considered slander of my character. The Brophy divorce is a mess in all areas, including the recommended Support Order check number one through ten prepared using software licensed to Colorado State Judicial Department, just to let the court know during the time I have my son Mr. Brophy has not supported our son in anyway and at no time did Mr. Brophy give me the recommended support our son. Brad is getting close to $1000,00 each month tax free income to support our sons needs. Check Orchard loan application for assets and income include tax returns from 2008 through 2011. Do you know anyone who makes $3.19 per hour or less? I do and so do you!
I was told from Brad his children Travis and Takara are divorcing their spouses. It will be interesting to find out who the Judge is and the evidence Travis shows that he has a partnership and income with his dad and Senator Greg Brophy and separate income with Valley Grown Nursery. Income taxes will show if Travis is involved with a partnership. As for Takara, you reap what you sow. I don't know if your heart will ache for your children as my heart aches for my son, the same applies to Travis with his children. When you go to bed at night and your children are away from you for a day, week or months, you may feel the emptiness and sadness thinking of your children's well being, than again who knows how you feel. God knows your heart and your deepest darkest secret and it will come back to haunt you. Oh, no, he didn't. Oh, yes, he did. You can't explain risk to your dog. You can teach your dog to bark and teach it's master to watch the TV, thanks to high technology.

Judge Flynn, did you check the reports regarding child abuse? or did Mr. Kennedy? Judge Flynn look at child's adjustment to home school and community, do you remember what school and State my son was very well adjusted including awards? and why did you not enter the names of several wittiness on my behalf on the court document? Judge are you aware that November 11, 2008 was veterans day? Judge are you aware of my son living conditions? maybe you should well check into this matter "indoor / outdoor fecal and urine matter" Did you read the transcript that Brad Brophy admitted my fear was in fact the truth, I have every reason as a mother to keep my son safe and you refused to investigate. You Judge Flynn condoned child abuse and gave my son to the abuser. You Judge and BCH slandered my character along with the Brophy Family Brad, Greg, Travis and Takara... Was it due to Senator Greg Brophy preparing to run for Governor in Colorado or a wannabe governor? State Senator Brophy admitted in a news article he and other farmers may have to alter the records for farming due the paper work is time consuming for inspections 'the link is on this website'. How in this world can Greg Brophy operate without a glass of wine and photos of the food he eats to keep track of records? not to mention riding bike cycles and shooting water melons hopefully not all at the same time. What is sad, Greg has a photo of his son weeding the watermelon patch than turn around and destroy...What education is Greg teaching his son? My guess, children work hard, destroy the produce, lie and cheat on taxes.
Greg Brophy is Senator for District 1, from rural areas with a population from all counties 25,000 give or take a few and a website 'get paid for your vote'. Who are the other State Senators that support Greg? My guess just a hand full that are wasting food and may be cheating on taxes, the so called make believe to be a Christians and false witness that put God in their speech and pray to get votes. You broke and altered the law and allow child abuse. Who are you? What county were you born in? Do you have a visa? Who are you? Can you read? Can you hear? Judge Flynn did you take in consideration the mortgage payment and who will be responsible for payment when Brad has liver failure due to alcohol / drug abuse? again WHO- WHAT-WHEN-WHERE and WHY did you break the rules and oath? The Brophy Divorce court docket was altered in case I was to appeal. In my research many cases heard by Judge Flynn was appealed. Why? Brad is in contempt of court, he refuses to follow the court order, both Hibberd and Brad admitted May 6, 2011 that I was to receive a certain amount. Does Brad have a contract on me? or does someone else have a contract not to pay me but pay them? just a thought, after all he is a State Senator Greg Brophy brother.
Brad has no regard for pet's and able to shoot the family pet 'Percy' in the head and showed our son. There is a dark side to Brad that will catch up to him someday with his lies. I than wanted Brenda St. John 'a child and family investigator' for meditation. Lawyer Bradley C. Hibberd said absolutely NOT, a copy of statement on file with Mesa County Court 'email sent from Hibberd to my lawyer'. Just what are both Brads hiding? they don't want to be investigated. Why is my son being refused counseling? What are you hiding? you know who you are! your fears, child abuse, alcohol, drugs, guns and Judge Flynn who is noted for harsh crime punishments? what happen in this divorce in court? my guess being week when it comes to politics and votes. The old saying, money talks and bullshit walks. What happens when you don't have money and all your friends are gone, you will wish you had a watermelon to eat due to hunger and thirst to end up starving with a dry cracking mouth and no water for the fields. I am going to change the subject to the legality of Partnerships and Taxes. Did Judge Flynn check the records?
Why am I bring this up? Brad is in contempt of Court, Brad told me he is paying $900.00 a month for a loan on the partnership. If their is a partnership, Brad, Travis and Senator Brophy should be filing taxes and splitting the cost. Check tax records for Brad, Travis and Senator Greg Brophy with B2 Partnership for the year 2009 after all Judge Brian J. Flynn said the Brophys had a partnership. Judge Brian J. Flynn did not research the evidence that showed that Brad, Travis and Senator Greg Brophy perjured them self and committed FRAUD. I am calling it as I see it and the evidence to back up what I say is true.
B2 Partnership and B2 Orchard and Tree Farm? Check tax records beginning 1993 up to 2012 see if Travis and Senator Greg Brophy paid taxes on a partnership that Judge Flynn condoned. It is strange that Senator Greg Brophy and Travis signed a quit claim deed when nothing shows in the Clerk and Recorder as Greg and Travis having any ownership and interest in the property that belonged to Brad and me. Travis stated that he helped construct a notarized statement that he, Brad and Senator Brophy had a partnership, even the Senator stated he signed a quit claim deed and on several occasions paid $10,000.00 towards a partnership that was false and no records to show that the Senator paid any money towards the property belonging to me and Brad. Just another way to show how deceitful the Brophy's are at game playing with minds who don't pay attention. Check sell tax for B2 orchard and tree farm, Brad and Travis in the year 2008 or 2009 I don't think you will find a tax ID prior to 2008. I know the truth and the people of Colorado should know who not to vote for.
Brad and Travis also admitted being involved with drugs. Judge Brian J Flynn is aware of this problem. As I stated before, I will vent and expose the truth.
I have every right to be upset with the Brophy family fraudulent lies, child abuse, guns, drugs, alcohol, laundering money, politics and smelly hands.
In the divorce decree, Judge Flynn ordered not to be under the influence of alcohol nor substance abuse in front of child, once again the Judge was aware that there is a problem with alcohol and drugs. What kind of life is that for any child?
Greg, Brad, Travis and Takara S. did not tell the truth under oath and slandered my character. Brad can not follow a simple court order and disobeys the law the same applies to our lawmakers. Brad perjured himself in court including fraud under oath. Brad wants me to post the divorce decree, anyone who would see the divorce decree would have many questions! Judge Brian J. Flynn did not review the legality of evidence, The judge ruled on lies and fraud and in my opinion condoned the act of fraud and child abuse. A wannabe reminds me of a politician or a cockroach hiding in a dark place planting seeds that are contaminating the earth is deceit and living in fear yet trying to convince others that they are a law abiding citizen best described known as a con artist. Brad Brophy your hateful actions and contempt is a form of child abuse and mentally abusing me and our son. I love our son Brad you can't take him out of my life. The decree stated I committed spousal abuse when it should have been the other way around Brad committed spousal and child abuse.

Brad Brophy and BCH filed contempt charges against me for the month of March, April and May 2009 miss leading the court that Brad Brophy was paying me the amount awarded to me each month. Brad Brophy and his lawyer knew that Brad was not following the court order and lied, than Brad admitted in court during the contempt charge against me for non payment of child support that he was not paying me what was ordered due he said BCH told him not to pay. Was Brad telling the truth that his lawyer told him not to pay me or is this another one of Brads lies? check the filing in court May 06, 2009 and hearing June 04, 2009 if his lawyer is guilty Shame on you BCH and Brad Brophy, I went to Jail over your lies and your act of fraud that caused me much mental anguish and hardship. Shame on you! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, lets see if the court will put you in jail for your contempt and fraudulent lies. The truth, you are trying to keep me under duress where it will be hard for me to see our son and the biggest fear is the five years from March 2009 to January or March 2014 where you are busted in financial disclosures that you lied under oath.
NOTE: January 2009 a friend of mine gave me the phone number of Kevin R. Kennedy, he was the lawyer who used to work for MCDHS than started his private practice in law. When Kevin returned my phone call he told me he had talked to Bradley C. Hibberd. Kevin Kennedy told me he was unable to handle my case due he is friends with Lawyer Bradley C. Hibberd and would be a conflict of interest. My question: Is Magistrate Kevin R. Kennedy friends with Lawyer Bradley C. Hibberd? it would be a conflict of interest for Magistrate Kevin R. Kennedy to handle any cases involving the Law Firm of Bradley C. Hibberd if in fact friends. I have a letter from Lawyer Dickie D. Lewis letting me know that he is aware that I have contacted Kevin Kennedy and others.

Senator Greg Brophy, approx October 12, 2007 you came to our home in Palisade to meet Brad and Travis to go hunting, you said your son David was sick and could not go, you paced back and forth in our yard and stated you need a boy, what did you mean by that statement you need a boy? BCH, Do you make it a habit sending nasty letters to the opposing counsel client and making demands that are not ordered by the court? such as set a date in 01/2009 to get my belongings after I had a well check due my ex was in contempt of court that endangered my son! BCH you made threats in writing to charge me rent on property that I'm co-owner. You forced me BCH to give my car away that was a gift from my father, HOW DARE YOU !!!! What is really sad, I had a lawyer that did nothing but verbally and in writing mentally abused me. My guess my lawyer was also my ex husbands lawyer. Your unethical conduct BCH and DDL as lawyers should be disbarred to practice law but than again DL may be retired. According to my ex husband BCH, you told him not to follow the court order that caused his contempt of court, this was stated in my contempt hearing when I was found not guilty. But than again maybe your client lied just as he did under oath. When your client BCH is found guilty for contempt of court and if he can prove that you advise him to be in contempt, this may be a way for my ex husband and I have you disbarred. The problem will still exist due my ex husband should be smart enough to obey the law and court order after all he is a member of the GOP in GJ, a board member for COOP and a brother who is State Senator Greg Brophy...Voters in CO beware who you vote for, make sure you do all the research to protect your children.

My ex-husband fear of our son attending counseling: Brad is afraid of the truth getting out and going to jail for what he did and what he is still doing. My ex had denied our son counseling many times. My ex expressed that he and others have the reports from our son's counselors, the same goes for our lawyers involved in divorce. Brad sent his response regarding our son's counselors in emails when our son's request to see his counselors in TN and CO. I found the counselors report in the middle of thousands of paper work on February 08, 2011 that my lawyer received from Vickie H. Startup LCSW reports June 11, 2008...September 15, 2008...Progress notes October 3, 2008...October 6, 2008....My lawyer at that particular time refused to protect my son and allow a politician who is in fear of the truth coming out and our Judicial system including MCDHS refusing to investigate the allegations. .
Recently a motion was filed with Mesa County Court, Magistrate Stephine Rubinstein denied our son to receive counseling, my question WHY? This may be the missing link to our son's weight loss and soiling his clothing when he is with his father and his weight gain when he is with his mother. documents from Community Hospital. My question: why would the courts not check the reports and ask questions? Does it have something to due with Judge Brian J. Flynns judjment order if an investigation was done, Judge Flynn have to admit that his judgment was bias and may cause a full investigation on Judge Flynn? My ex husband has been in contempt of court from day one. If justice does not prevail in court for Brads contempt, I will have everything in order to send to WA with the help of friends.

Email from Hibberd shows a connection...Brad told me it was a done deal the first day of hearing...Does your ruling have to do with the elections 2008 or 2012 to retain office? example: Senator you get my vote if you vote for me!... If the hearing was on video it will show the above named attendance during pre-trial hearing...The named above were witnesses in court for the final hearing that were not listed on the trial management certificate that was filed by Mr. Hibberd three days before the hearing...subtract the weekend that gave you one day or less than one minute to review how the trial was going to proceed. You Judge Brian J. Flynn heard Brad admit that he taped our sons mouth shut and tied his hands and feet together that caused much fear to our son and Brad had the nerve to say it is only a game...Did you Judge Brian J. Flynn read the reports that child abuse did accrue? I will make sure that the commission on judicial discipline committee receive a copy...now your laughing as if they will do anything but slap a hand...bad boy!.. You Judge Brian J. Flynn knew Brad was a fraudulent lier when he admitted that he had a false address in Yuma County and not to mention the joint accounts he closed three months after he filed for divorce and information on 457 retiement withdrawal 11/01/2007 and thousands of dollars that was removed from our joint account that I had no knowledge of until I received a statement that our account is closed... I was given one day notice from Brad March 2008...Brad transfered funds in a new account...Brad new account is a separate account that Brad and Travis had jointly with thousands of dollars that was closed during our separation per Travis wife, Jessica "Sparks" Brophy, Travis's wife admitted in an email and on the phone that Brad and Travis had a joint account...This should have put up a RED FLAG...maybe you Judge Flynn were thinking of votes or tips how to win votes with the politician's...I am not disrespecting you Judge Flynn after all you and Politicians have allot in common...he is president and know one knows anything about him and the same applies to you how you became Judge...God knows...and God knows what to expect in the year 2012 just as Brad knows what to expect in the year 2013... I have no plans on backing down for what I believe to be the truth.... I will contact every news media station...all talk shows until this divorce is investigated and you Judge answer questions on your ruling what is best for the child involved...after all if you feel that your ruling was fair you should not have a problem answering questions that are relevant to case# 07 DR 1064 and 08 DR 1064 temporary hearing...another error involving the temporary court hearing...must be the training... I will not let this divorce slip through the cracks.... I will not let everyone involved in the Brophy Divorce slandered my character... and the legal so called system condoning fraud and contempt...we will see what happens 12/22/2011 and hope and pray justice prevails.. Mesa County Sheriffs Department hand cuffed me and shackled me over three months for non payment of child support that was a misdemeanor...Brad filed contempt charges two months after the decree entered... I was a housewife and had to sell my belongings to get a airline ticket to TN due the court left me homeless... Brad mislead the court that he was paying me the amount awarded in the decree.. The sad story Judge you and everyone else knew that Brad was and is in contempt of court... Months later after decree entered Judge Brian J. Flynn wants me to sign my name have it notarized with all pages with empty blanks and send it to Mr. Hibberd... What kind of fool would send blank pages notarized with a signature?.. Is this what the Judge would due... sign and notarize something and let someone fill in the blanks behind closed doors? maybe... I am still fighting this very day for Mesa County District Court, Colorado to get off it's high horse a figure of speech and set an example and abide by ethical conduct sworn under oath... as far as I am concerned everyone involved with the conduct of our legal system with the exception of a hand full is un-ethical... Now if you think my statements are slanderous lets get the news media involved..example: Fox News... CNN... 2020.. including the news media in the State of Colorado the entire USA and all parties involved in this Divorce not excluding all wittiness in the pre-trial, final hearing and expose the real truth and prove the court docket was in fact altered when the court thought I was going to appeal...
