Due to the chronological order and evidence documented to back up all grievances will be sent registered mail to the proper authorities.. The anguish that I am experiencing in this Divorce from the very beginning caused much hardship for the misconduct of all parties involved. 

                                   
         








           

You Judge Brian J. Flynn did not take in consideration what was best for the child involved in this divorce...You said I have a PSYCHOLOGICAL disorder...Who was the expert witness in Court that testified I have a psychological disorder?.. Was it you?.. What is you decree involving psychological disorders?.. Due you have your license posted for treatment regarding psychological disorders?.. if so you are in the wrong profession due they make more money than a Judge unless the Judge is allowed to receive gifts of value... I am making a comment out of respect not disrespect...Getting back to the subject Child Abuse...Did you Judge Brian J.Flynn have the numerous reports from counselors that were mailed to Mr. Lewis and given to Mr. Hibberd, Brad  and MCDHS?

Senator Greg Brophy from Wray, CO...Takara Swank...Travis  and Brad  was in court during the pre-trial hearing... If the hearing was on video it will show the above named attendance during pre-trial hearing...The named above were witnesses in court for the final hearing that were not listed on the trial management certificate that was filed by Mr. Hibberd three days before the hearing...subtract the weekend that gave you one day or less than one minute to review how the trial was going to proceed.

You Judge Brian J. Flynn heard Brad admit that he taped our sons mouth shut and tied his hands and feet together that caused much fear to our son and Brad had the nerve to say it is only a game...Did you Judge Brian J. Flynn read the reports that child abuse did accrue?  I will make sure that the commission on judicial discipline committee receive a copy...now your laughing as if they will do anything but slap a hand...bad boy!..

Do you Judge Brian J. Flynn have a clue what child abuse is and the meaning of fear?... If so why did you not take in consideration the accusations regarding child abuse?... Why did you not care?... was it deaf ears due you ruled before the hearing begin...my guess it has to do with dealing with a State Senator who can get you votes to stay in office 2008... just a gut feeling after what Brad said prior to hearing...after all you had a low rating compared to other Judges and over 50% stated you should not retain office ...you can find this information in search for Judge Brian J. Flynn in yahoo...Did you read the reports filed with MCDHS?
Dickie D. Lewis knew from the very beginning why my son and I left for TN and he did absolutely nothing to protect my son...Mr. Hibberd stated in a letter to Lewis that this is a one man band with a note: $Hibberd... what was the $$$$sign?.. is it sign language meaning PAY UP!!  just a thought.

 

You Judge Brian J. Flynn knew Brad was a fraudulent lier when he admitted that he had a false address in Yuma County and not to mention the joint accounts he closed three months after he filed for divorce  and information on 457 retiement withdrawal 11/01/2007 and thousands of dollars that was removed from our joint account that I had no knowledge of until I received a statement that our account is closed... I was given one day notice from Brad March 2008...Brad transfered funds in a new account...Brad new account is a separate account that Brad and Travis had jointly with thousands of dollars that was closed during our separation per  Travis wife, Jessica "Sparks" Brophy, Travis's wife admitted in an email and on the phone that Brad and Travis had a joint account...This should have put up a RED FLAG...maybe you Judge Flynn were thinking of votes or tips how to win votes with the politician's...I am not disrespecting you Judge Flynn after all you and Politicians have allot in common...he is president and know one knows anything about him and the same applies to you how you became Judge...God knows...and God knows what to expect in the year 2012 just as Brad knows what to expect in the year 2013... 

Check Dickie D. Lewis and Mr. Hibberd's Trial Exhibits....You Judge Flynn did not comply with rule C,R,C.P 16 2 .. the court docket will show that you refused to take control over rule C.R.C.P. 16 2 and other areas listed in Exhibits that you ruled on that were not legally binding.... WHY?  you now have a BLACK MARK... With respect to Magistrate Rubinstein's please check the temporary order transcript and exhibits that would be considered evidence that I took $8000.00 with me when me and my son went to TN October 2007....That figure is far from being accurate and never happened reminding you my son and I were living on food stamps.... "Check paper trails... that fell on deaf ears and blind eyes." not your fault...the lawyers played you...and the politicians....as a figure of speech...

I have no plans on backing down for what I believe to be the truth.... I will contact every news media station...all talk shows until this divorce is investigated and you Judge answer questions on your ruling what is best for the child involved...after all if you feel that your ruling was fair you should not have a problem answering questions that are relevant to case# 07 DR 1064  and 08 DR 1064 temporary hearing...another error involving the temporary court hearing...must be the training...

The division of the marital estate is a joke... the so called evidence that Brad submitted was not legally binding exhibits 6 and 7 or is it that you Judge Brian J. Flynn are unfamiliar what is legal and not legal sometimes people just don't know even in high places...or maybe you were blinded by the light... I am not just upset with you Judge... I am upset with the lawyers involved and everyone   for not taking their oath seriously including the politicians that are to protect...and most of all the child involved in this divorce that you cared nothing about...leave it to the voters...maybe they will wake up soon... 

I will not let this divorce slip through the cracks.... I will not let everyone involved in the Brophy Divorce slandered my character... and the legal so called system condoning  fraud and contempt...we will see what happens 12/22/2011 and hope and pray justice prevails..

 I have always been the primary care giver for my son and you Judge Brian J. Flynn... your actions remind me of a thief who stills from the poor and give to the rich, as a figure of speech... after all Brad in his financial affidavit under oath Brad claimed his assets were over one million one hundred thousand dollars and my assets were ZERO... what were you thinking?...Did you think you would get away with a mother load?
You KNEW Judge Brian J. Flynn, Lawyer Dickie D. Lewis and Lawyer Bradley Charles Hibberd that Brad Brophy closed all of our accounts during our legal separation you Knew that was not in the best interest of the child... you took food out of our mouth to feed your need. 

Headline News: State Senator Greg Brophy and Judge Brian J. Flynn Hides Assets for politician Who Refuses to Support Son During Legal Separation....or State Senator's attempt to hide assets for brother who refused to help support special needs son found in Contempt of Court..Hearing December 22, 2011...Mesa County District Court, Colorado...  This is how I am feeling due to your wrongful actions that has caused much hardship, mental anguish and much fear for my son well being... 

 Mesa County Sheriffs Department hand cuffed me and shackled me over three months for non payment of child support that was a misdemeanor...Brad filed contempt charges two months after the decree entered... I was a housewife and had to sell my belongings to get a airline ticket to TN due the court left me homeless... Brad mislead the court that he was paying me the amount awarded in the decree.. The sad story Judge you and everyone else knew that Brad was and is in contempt of court... Months later after decree entered Judge Brian J. Flynn wants me to sign my name have it notarized with all pages with empty blanks and send it to Mr. Hibberd... What kind of fool would send blank pages notarized with a signature?.. Is this what the Judge would due... sign and notarize something and let someone fill in the blanks behind closed doors? maybe...
Getting back to going to jail being treated like a criminal striped down spreading my butt cheeks and lifting my breast and fondled and walking in chains and hand cuffed... this was done five days before I was to start my summer visit with my son... The legal system, Judges, Magistrate, Lawyers, law officers, and the Brad his family caused me much anguish and hardship. Including my Civil rights being violated... HOW DARE YOU! 

I am still fighting this very day for Mesa County District Court, Colorado to get off it's  high horse a figure of speech and set an example and abide by ethical conduct sworn under oath... as far as I am concerned everyone involved with the conduct of our legal system with the exception of a hand full is un-ethical... Now if you think my  statements are slanderous lets get the news media involved..example: Fox News... CNN... 2020.. including the news media in the State of Colorado the entire USA and all parties involved in this Divorce not excluding all wittiness in the pre-trial, final hearing and expose the real truth and prove the court docket was in fact altered when the court thought I was going to appeal...
 
Court Docket Altered, how? Kathy White CPA (877).245.8080 is not listed in the court docket... my expert wittiness admitted missing pages from tax returns are missing that is relevant to rule C.R.C.P. 16 2..... Shelli Denton my expert witness name is missing in the court docket.... Timi Ness first name is not listed a number of filings that my lawyer gave me are not recorded in the Docket...errors on hearing dates and case numbers altered.. Why? The pre-trial transcript case number 
08 DR 1064 Stephine Rubinstein Magistrate court room, wrong case number on transcript.. The Decree shows the first date of final hearing on  November 11, 2008 Veterans Day...Mesa County Court was Closed!... Why so many errors?... Stephanie Rubinstein stated I took over $8000.00 when I left CO with my son... NOTHING in  the pre trial transcript showed I took over $8000.00 no evidence anywhere of that amount.... This was another ploy for Brad not to pay spousal support during our legal separation when my son and I were living off of food stamps... If you check the first order for Brad to pay money was after the final hearing that gave Brad one month out of pocket for support in almost one year, the final hearing I was ordered to pay Brad $315.00 for child support that same month... What is wrong with this picture? check the records...the word you applies to the Judge...
 
This is how I feel and I will not change my mind until everyone is exposed... Why Judge Brian J. Flynn did you and MCDHS did not investigate the allegations for child abuse?... my son went to counseling two to three days per week in TN for close to one year... it took a long time for my son to open up on his fear against his dad.... Mr. Hibberd had the reports along with Dick Lewis and MCDHS. Why did you and Rubinstein not care to investigate this matter? I bet if you had someone search the home and outdoors you would find something that will show child abuse...check the office bookshelf and laptop...check the bedroom...being a politician and someone who disrespects the law will get heads up including barking dogs as a quick cover up...once again a figure of speech not to slander anyone but to bring awareness what may be going on behind closed doors...Bring on the FBI...


Read up on child abuse Judge Flynn and find out how log it takes a child to open up on abuse when the child is fearful.... I understand it may take years and sometimes the child will not open up until he or  she is an adult...Takara admitted in court she started sleeping with her dad at the age of three and was still sleeping with him at the age of eleven years old... until  the day Brad and I married then she started sleeping with her brother in her teens... a polygraph would be nice for everyone involved to take by an expert appointed.

SHAME ON YOU.... What  did you do?  You Judge Flynn gave Brad full custody after Brad admitting that he was in Bed with our child around two AM......Judge You knew after Brad admitting about my fear I did what was in the best interest of the child....  READ THE  Temporary order transcript and Final Transcript. Letter from Dick Lewis 01/2009 Re:misc issues vouched that Brad admitted in your court room what I stated was in fact true. READ REPORTS from Counselors, Vickie Startup and Tom Netherton.

Do you think that Brad and everyone involved in deceit can put up a front of being honest and law abiding citizens when someday come to a halt and exposed for who the really are? What about the police officer from Palisade that molested foster children? What are your Ethics? 

NOTE: Brad was in contempt the same day he took our son...Brad refused to follow a simple order. I called for a well check on our son several times, after that my step daughter hired on dispatch  911. Do you think if my son would call 911 that Takara would call her dad and give him heads up or a law officer?

Brad is in contempt of court from 2009 through 2011... What makes Brad so special? is it because he is a State Senators Brother and close friends with Senator Josh Penry or is it because he is a board member for the (R) GOP in Grand Junction and a board member for COOP?... Do me a favor political figures...do your job and protect the people in the State of Colorado and take you oath seriously including the other State Judge you practice Justice... New England if I am not mistaken. 
After all more and more Judges, law enforcement, and politicians are being exposed for doing the same thing that a person did  who is in prison or soon going to prison....
