Magistrate Rubinstine stated I took $8000.00 when my son and I left Colorado 10/20/2007. Now I have a question: Is Kevin Kennedy a Judge / Magistrate in Mesa County Court that is friends with Hibberd?  or is it someone else with the same name, the Kevin Kennedy I spoke with used to be a Lawyer for MCDHS.  When I was bailed out of Jail the hearing Magistrate / Judge was Kennedy than changed later to Magistrate Rubinstine.

Mr. Lewis intently left out the report from MCDHS where Mr. Brophy caused Ms. Brophy to close her home childcare... Ms. Brophy was out of town with her parents due father was dying of Cancer... Ms. Brophy had her husband and a neighbor covering for her while out of town. DHS and State licensing Ruth Ann Mendez paid a sunrise visit regarding Vail Daughters during respite care. DHS and Licensing found a cooler and cases of beer assessable to the children, the kitchen cabinet below sink had a broken lock with a bottle of whiskey assessable to the children and numerous violations.. Ms. Brophy prior to being with her parents worked very hard on a safe environment for the children in her care...  Ms. Brophy was involved with Qualistar and getting ready for ratings that would give Ms. Brophy a pay increase.  Qualistar involves surprise unannounced visits that are more strict than a regular home child care business.... Ms. Brophy was in numerous newspapers for her business such as Western Slope Business Time, Grand Junction Free Press twice, Palisade Tribune, Fruita, and Daily Sentinel.

Flynn's actions in the Brophy Divorce strongly points to Fraud, Contempt, Misconduct, Political Favors, acting in Bad Faith many intentional errors and lies, causing Ms. Brophy much mental anguish  for their actions. Most of all  giving our son whom we adopted, to a man that hides his BIGGEST FEAR  behind closed doors disrespects the law it's time to get sober and face the facts and truth, let the voters decide.
